Refund policy

All items at Nova de Meridian are created on a print-on-demand basis. Because each product is made specifically for you at the time of order, we cannot accept returns for "change of mind" or sizing issues.

Damaged or Defective Items: We take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us at support@novademeridian.com within 14 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the defect. We will work with our fulfillment partners to arrange a replacement or refund as necessary.

Order Cancellations: Because our fulfillment process begins immediately after an order is placed, we can only accommodate cancellation requests within 2 hours of the purchase time.
